My favourite sustainable technology? Well the Internet of course; what's more sustainable? Yes, at the same time it's extremely disruptive but who could argue its sustainability? The internet isn't going anywhere; it's ever growing and wont stop. I use the internet every day; I look things up, I use social networking websites and I use it to learn. For instance, without the internet, this blog wouldn't exist, this whole assignment wouldn't exist and either would this whole class!
Disruptive
Since I've already spoken about the internet, I'll cover the cell phone. I text a lot. Like, a lot a lot. Even as I'm typing this blog I get distracted... (or should I say, disrupted) about every 2-3 minutes by my cell phone. I can see cell phones being out dated soon; some crazy new technology is going to hit the market and these bad boys will become dinosaurs. If cell phones didn't exist... or if I didn't have one for that matter I probably would have finished these postings 6 hours ago. I think I've sent about 30 texts just typing this out? Pathetic... I know.
